2008 - present – Head Coach (University of Memphis)

- In her 1st season, McFerrin had the most wins in 4 years and the 1st non-conference winning record since the '04-'05 season

- signed 3 top 100 players in her 1st year on the job

- signed the #1 recruiting class in Conference USA and the #52 recruiting class in the nation in 2009 (her 1st full year of recruiting at the University of Memphis)

- school's 1st post-season tournament appearance since 1997-98
